Hey everybody, Jared at Etrailer.com, today I'm gonna take a quick look at the replacement electrical driver's side mirror by K Source. Now it's a direct replacement for your 2001 to 2006 Lexus LS 430 driver's side factory mirror. It's designed to match the manufacturer specs for a custom fit and look, and it does have an OE grade convex glass with first surface plating that reflects clear images. And the convex one provides a wide angle view that reduces blind spots. It is power remote capable. The mirror plugs directly into the existing electrical wiring and it does have a memory function.
You know, the cars computer recognizes the presets mirror position. There's a puddle lamp underneath that illuminates the area underneath the mirror and using the factory and power controls inside your vehicle you can adjust the mirror face position, fold in the mirror, and you can also access the mirror glass heating functions which clears frost and ice and reduces fog. It is made of a durable black ABS plastic housing. And the front of the glass is plated with reflective chrome. It does have a breakaway design, the mirror will fold in if it's struck to deter breakage.
